Early Bird Member Registration — $495
Early Bird Non-Member Registration — $575
Full Registration (after August 31, 2025) — $825

Full Registrations Include:
- Full and unlimited access to three days of technical talks and panel discussions in five different tracks. *Note that the Technical Presentations run all day Wednesday until 4:15 pm.
- Full access to the tradeshow.
- Complimentary lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- Complimentary late afternoon heavy Hors d’Oeuvres on Monday and Tuesday.
- Complimentary coffee and pastries on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- Complimentary open bar on Wednesday afternoon and an attendance bonus for those who stay for the final talks.

REFUND POLICY
Attendee Symposium Registration
If request for refund is received by September 15, 2025, 50% of the Registration fee will be refunded. No refund of the Registration fee will be provided after September 15, 2025. All refund requests must be received by email at westerncoatings@earthlink.net.
