We are offering private meeting spaces built upon request in Concorde C (adjacent to the Trade Show) so that you can hold impromptu or planned meetings without leaving the conference area. No more time wasted looking for a quiet corner out of earshot of your competitors. The private rooms will have four walls and a glass door (no roof), dimensions 10′ x 10’. The door will be adorned with your logo on a 2’ x 2’ cling. The room will contain a round meeting table and chairs. Power and catering are available. Rooms must be requested in advance to allow us time to construct them.
Due to the construction and branding costs, these private meeting spaces can only be purchased for the entire duration of the show, and are available for use between the hours of 7:00am – 8:00pm on Sunday Oct 15 – Tues Oct 17 and from 7:00am – 4:00pm on Wed Oct 18.

The center area of Concorde C will be populated with 6 person round tables and chairs. Access is first come first served, and these tables can be used free of charge. No power and limited privacy.
