Approved speakers do not need to register. You will pick up your badge at show registration desk.
WCS Attendee Registration Fees 2023
Full Registration — $750
One Day Registration — $395
Retired Full Registration — $275
Student Full Registration — $150
One Day Registration (Retired) — $140
One Day Registration (Student) — $75
Full Registrations Include:
- Full and unlimited access to three days of technical talks and panel discussions in five different tracks. *Note that the Technical Presentations run all day Wednesday until 4:15 pm.
- Full access to the tradeshow.
- Complimentary lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- Complimentary late afternoon snacks on Monday and Tuesday.
- Complimentary coffee and pastries on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- Complimentary access to our well-attended Sunday Night Welcome Reception which includes heavy appetizers, open bar, and entertainment in a fun, sophisticated location.
- Free internet access in our Internet Lounge
- Excellent networking opportunities.
Note: One Day Registrations include the benefits listed above, but only on the day the registrant is in attendance.
REFUND POLICY
Attendee Symposium Registration
If request for refund is received by September 30, 2023, 50% of the Registration fee will be refunded. No refund of the Registration fee will be provided after September 30, 2023. All refund requests must be received by email at westerncoatings@earthlink.net.
